General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 988bd platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who have completed account creation, and any third parties acting on behalf of a registered player. The 988bd platform includes the primary website accessible at https://988bd.vip, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, promotional pages, and support channels operated under the 988bd brand.

By accessing the 988bd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 988bd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 988bd takes its eligibility requirements seriously and applies active verification measures to enforce them.

Account Registration & Security

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 988bd promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Players should confirm wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.
• One bonus per player: Each registered player is entitled to claim a given promotional offer only once, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly allow multiple claims. • Right to withhold: 988bd reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus, and to cancel any associated winnings, if there is reasonable evidence that a player has attempted to exploit a bonus through irregular or abusive betting patterns, use of automation software, or collusion with other players.

Players who are subject to an active self-exclusion or cool-off period will not receive bonus communications from 988bd and will not be eligible to claim any promotional offers during that period. This restriction is applied automatically and is part of 988bd's responsible gaming framework.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use 988bd in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the spirit of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988bd platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where appropriate.

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any technology designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or betting systems for financial advantage
• Colluding with other players, whether in real-time or through pre-arranged agreements, to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or unauthorised access to another person's financial account
• Using the platform in any manner that facilitates or constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or customer support interactions
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 988bd support staff or other players on any 988bd-affiliated channel

988bd employs a combination of automated risk-monitoring systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a player's account activity is flagged for investigation, 988bd may temporarily restrict access to the account — including the ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets — pending the outcome of the review. 988bd will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by a temporary restriction applied in good faith during an ongoing investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

988bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement
• Confirmed or strongly suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the 988bd compliance team
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider associated with the player's account
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account

Players may also voluntarily request closure of their 988bd account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 988bd reserves the right to retain the entire account balance, including any real-money deposits, as compensation for administrative costs and any harm caused to the platform or other players. This retention right applies particularly in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-account bonus abuse.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or infrastructure issues beyond 988bd's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
• Losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the player, including bets placed on incorrect markets or with incorrect stake amounts
• Any technical malfunction in a game provided by a third-party studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others) that results in an interrupted game session

In any event, 988bd's total aggregate liability to a player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 988bd does not seek to limit liability beyond what is permitted by law.
